Task 'Aging Audit' Filter

So I would like to know which tasks I have been snoozing, and/or manually moving the start/due date from 'current date'. This will give me actionable data for when I perform my weekly prioritization review.

I know your dev team likes to create complex queries to keep us hard-cores happy, and I am happy to assist from a business/functional/technical level. To that end, if it exists, let me know but I've not figured out how with current objects.Thanks!
