Folder X has 4 sub-tasks, how to let the 4 sub-tasks rolling cycle?

I mean, Task1 is now active action ( the other 3 is inactive ). What needed now is, some day when Task1 is completed, task 2 will become active, and after Task2 is completed some time, Task3 will become active…until when the last Task4 is completed, Task1 become active again...which form an endless loop cycle.

Any ways to do this? Thanks.

Turn Folder X into a task by unchecking the "folder" checkbox. You can leave the name "folder x" if you like.
Turn on recurrence for folder X. Choose "weekly" and set it to regenerate 1 week after completion. Lower on that screen set Lead Time to 1 week.
Still on the recurrence screen click Advanced Options and then set the options to "reset all subtasks to completed if all subtasks are completed" and "automatically recur when all subtasts are complete" and "do not create a completed copy of this task on recurring"
hit the ok buttons till you are bask to the task list and check "complete subtasks in order" for the"folder" task
Now look at any to-do list that filters out inactive tasks (most of them do) - you will see Task1. Complete it and it will change to Task2. After you get to Task 4 and complete it you will see task1 again.

That's the fantastic tutorial! I never thought these separate options can be combined to form such a powerful function! Thanks so much for your inspiration @Dwight ! I really learned. :-)
