Having trouble getting archive to run

I have MLO on desktop and Android. I want the desktop to archive old tasks and for those that get archived on the desktop to be removed from my Android device. Something must not be set up properly. My Android app has the "Too many tasks" warning and my desktop archive file is very small. Can someone post a step-by-step of what I must do settings wise to get this correct? I use Wifi synching between my Android and PC version. Thanks!

I have this same issue. Are there instructions online for how to properly archive the old tasks so that the warning goes away in the Android app?

Hi friends

on Windows:

To run the Archive, menu file > Archive.

To run Archive automaticaly, go to Tools> Options > AutoArchieve.

Configuire it as you need.

open mlo for windows. press F1. search for "Archiving".

REMEMBER TO MAKE A COPY OF YOUR PROFILE BEFORE USING THE ARCHIVE FUNCTION.
