File contents corrupted

Hello,

I am using the public beta-2 for a while with cloud sync between two Windows Machines and one Android device, and this week something happend during sync.

On First PC there was some conflict during sync, but there were no changes from other devices, so I have chosen to take "local version"

Also on the same day, I noticed many warnings on Android device, about too many sync attempts so the sync was stopped.

Next days there were no signs if issues in sync, but today I have noticed, that many of my tasks, folders and projects have randomly corruped captions. Some of them are missing some letters, others are empty strings.

I did not noticed it earlier, because most affected task were in hierarchy which was collapsed and not visible to me.

I have no local backup of the main data file, because it is heavily updted every day from both PCs, currently no chages were made from Android device.

The file contains about 1500 tasks from last 12 months.

From the statistic of corrupted tasks, the last modified time is 26. 6. 2018 10:37-43 (5 days ago), time is Central European and it differs in minutes.

1, Can the backup from cloud be restored from certain date ?

2, Is there a way to prevent this ? For example do local backups day day and keep them maybe 14 days back.

Really sorry that you faced such an issue. Please send the log files to sup...@mylifeorganized.net, we will take a look:

PC: Tools- >Options- >Troubleshooting- >Export Logs- >Send a received archive to MLO support.
MLO Android: Settings-Troubleshooting-Send logs.

To prevent such issues please set up advanced backup. It allows to have the last N copies of your local data file.
