We want to use MLO Pro in our business, which will include PC Laptops, IPhones, IPads and Android phones.

1. Do we need a seperate MLO Pro licence for every type of device?
2. Can the same IOS licence be shared on my IPhone and IPad?
3. How do I get all these different versions to link to the same data?
4. Do they then all use the same MLO Cloud account?
5. Can more than 1 person enter information on MLO at the same time?

Thanks

Hello Thilia

1. Yes: http://www.mylifeorganized.net/support.shtml#3-Can-I-use-MLO-Desktop-Pro-license-to-activate-MLO-mobile-editions-and-my-MLO-Cloud-account-Can-I-transfer-my-Pro-license-from-Android-to-iOS-or-back
2. Yes: http://www.mylifeorganized.net/announcements/ios-mlo-3-pro-pack.shtml
3. You can use WiFi or Cloud sync:

4. Yes, a single Cloud account can be used for Cloud sync.

5. No.

Thanks, Nick, for clarification. When writing 'No' I meant MLO Desktop app or MLO iOS/Android app registered under single user license.

But Nick is right, using different devices and Cloud sync more than 1 person can enter information on MLO at the same time.

5 is actually Yes. More than one person can enter data to MLO if they are using different devices. Sync will sort it out but it may take a couple of goes before all devices have the same data. Cloud sync required for more than 2 people.

One caveat, don't try to edit the same task on more than one device as you'll get sync conflict and lose one set of changes.

Nick
