MLO Print to htm question

I'm delegating task to others and I've created filtered outline for each. How are you guys sharing filtered task outlines with others?

One way I found was to use the print to htm option but the thing is that when I open the created htm file it looks nice on my station but like garbage to the recipient when received by e-mail.

Of course I can print to PDF but the Expand-Collapse Note capability of the htm was really a nice feature that PDF cannot reproduce.

MLO is a personal task manager. Some users have set up a shared file with one other person (usually a spouse), which works. I've exported to Excel xml before, but Excel guesses the formatting and it doesn't come out very useful. I've always had on my "someday/maybe" task list the idea of learning xsl formatting, so I can find out how to create a style sheet to present exported outlines in a format which works for me. (That's another feature which an old task management app called Bonsai had built in, which I'd love to see replicated in MLO).
