Есть возможность коллективной работы над одним листом/папкой в MLO ? сколько пользователей может быть присвоены одному листу?

Увы, нет, Юрий. Полноценной коллективной работы нет в МЛО. Некоторые делают отдельный файл данных, доступный нескольким пользователям. Об этом написано немало в форуме.
