What are the advantages and disadvantages of wifi sync vs cloud sync? For the wifi to work, you gotta pay for mobile pro, which is $9.95, but cloud sync is expensive as well.I guess over the long term, the $9,95 rate would be less. So, does this mean that without the Pro version (using cloud sync) that I will miss important features on my Android?Anyone who has thoughts on this issue, it would be appreciated. Thanks! Will this sync to Kindle as well?--

Hi,
About differences, here is link, may be it can help http://www.mylifeorganized.net/products/my-life-organized/features.htm
About WiFi/cloud - I use wifi sync for android and google drive cloud for PC sync. Realy, it's not fully ok for me, because I can sync with android only at home or I need unpair twice in the day
so i really think about cloud sync, but not sure yet :)

What views are you using? I'm guessing that you're using something that shows all of your active actions?
I have way too many active actions :-) so I narrow down what I look at with two properties: goal and star. The views I work out of most often are the active goals view, and the active starred view, or a custom view that shows only weekly and monthly active tasks that aren't starred ( goal = week OR goal = month AND starred = true) .
The active starred view only shows things I have added the star to manually (not my inbox items). The active goals view, though, will have all of my inbox items in it if I have a goal set to weekly on my inbox, because they inherit it. Once I move the task to the proper branch of the tree, the setting for goal is only chosen based on what the task itself has set manually, unless the new parent has a goal setting, of course.
Sorry I'm not explaining this very well this morning. Let me know if that helps.

Ah, gotcha. I just use this scheme to force me to move them out of my inbox so it doesn't get too big.

Lisa, sorry my mistake. I took your comment as you fundamentally could not see items in your inbox in other views, not that it was a function of how you use MLO...
