MLO Android - Google Play not issuing licence on new phone

Hello all,
I am migrating to a new phone. I have MLO 1.6.10 Pro installed on my old phone. I installed MLO 1.6.10 on my new phone using TitaniumBackup, but on the new phone MLO says it is not registered. I attempted to restore my Play Store purchased license, but I get an error "The server returned the following code results: RESULT_BILLING_UNAVAILABLE (see attached screenshot).
Does anyone know how can I get the Pro license working with MLO 1.6.10 on my new phone?
