The question was asked how to Sync just a Branch from Profile A to Profile B – thru the MLO Cloud service.
This can’t be done directly, but it can be done by using and Intermediary Profile.
Here is how I did this.
I hope it helps,

Hi Lew,
I would like one of my folders in my profile A to be synced to profile B.
Unfortunately you can’t do Branch sync using the MLO CLOUD service. It would be nice!
BUT YOU CAN do what you want. See next section also see attached video.
More information about Sync is in the MLO Help file.
The Help file. Sync is highlighted.
My Solution:
YOU CAN sync the branch on the same PC (Profile A branch) to same PC (Profile B)
THEN sync same PC, Profile B to the Cloud where your remote MLO can then sync to the Cloud Profile B.
I just did this successfully.
Make 3 profiles. Profile A & B on Same PC. Profile C can be on another device. (for testing purposes I put Profile C on the same PC, but synced thru the Cloud)
Profile A has everything.
Do a file sync to the PC profile A is on.

Profile B is empty.
Set 2 Syncs. First to Local File. Second to Cloud.
Sync to Same PC
Sync to Cloud
Profile C is empty and syncs thru the Cloud only.
Yes this works.
So, Make Profile A, B, C
Sync A to B by Local File. This Sync is to ONLY the branch you want to send to the Cloud.
Profile B is the “Temp” file to receive only the Branch from Profile A. Profile B then does what you want, Syncs to the Cloud.
Profile C sync to the cloud and exchanges changes with Profile B.
Sounds complicated yes? But it does work.
Hope this helps,
