New Update and now Cloud Sync doesn't Sync

This morning I received and Update for my android MLO. All went well, I thought. BUT, now when I go to my Windows 10 MLO and synch it doesn't synch consistently. At first it just took a long time 25 seconds, and didn't seem to Synch. After 3 more F9's it did Synch once. But now it won't Any thoughs?
