Help window doesn't display any details

I just installed Windows MLO Pro V4.4.0. I can successfully launch the Help window from the program. However no details are ever displayed in the right panel regardless of what I select. I reviewed previous posts concerning the help file. I check the properties of mlo.chm and nothing is blocked. Using Windows Explorer I found the file, right clicked and selected Open With and selected Microsoft HTML Help Executable. If I launch the file directly (double-click) it properly displays all help detail. It just won't give me details when launched from within MLO.
I'm using Firefox 47.0.1. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
