ActiveActions in XML Export

I am looking to create a script where I email myself the current active actions every morning. From the documentation it looks like I can use the command line functionality of MLO to export an XML file. My question is how do determine what tasks are in the ActiveActions state in the XML? I have looked at the structure of the XML and cannot figure out what field provides that flag.
