Ability to open the Notes area in a separate window

Hi,
Is there any way to open the notes  section of a task to enlarge the section.  Not to just resize the section but open it up in a new window?  I don't see any place where this is mentioned.  I'd find great value in this.

As far as I know it is not possible but I was also "missing" such a feature recently.

+1, and allow option "always on top" to make notes in parallel to working in another application window.

I usually have a text editor going: Notepad++

That would absolutely be nice. alternatively a view with ToDo's in top half of screen, properties on the right and notes on bottom half of screen. A bit like one of the views Outlook offers.
