In a complex project with many levels, I have found that I need a way of capturing ideas, comments, to-do's, etc that will allow me to shape the final result. Although I have worked with an earlier version of MLO (awesome program, I MUST say), I think I "lost the bubble" after being away from it for far too long and am reaching out for some advice. Is there a way of capturing notes that can be attached to various stages of the outline so that I can keep the flow straight and adjust as circumstances change? Can anyone tell if "notes" can be attached to various activities in the "tree" or somehow held in a reference pool where I can go back and refresh my memory on what it is I was trying to do. If nothing else, it sure would help me keep a ready status report on where I am and where it is that I need to focus more. Appreciate any and all words of wisdom....Peter

I am not sure but, there is no way to attach a note to various activities at the same time (you mean at once?) in MLO Desktop.
I suggest you to create a folder (if you want to change the icon, do it at your will), to use as a note taking container (under properties on the right panel).
As you take your notes, organize yourself in a system, so that, for every note you create a link under it for the task you want to accomplish.
P.S. - The folder mentioned above can be your project main folder if you want.
I hope it helps.
