"Recent" and "Completed" View Types

As part of my ongoing quest to synchronize my manual views on Android and Windows I have today used my outline in the ARC Welder chrome app. While the main objective failed (manual order was not maintained in synchronization), a couple of interesting points came up.

Rather than export and import my view design, I decided to enter it anew. When I clicked the plus sign to get to the "Select group" screen, in addition to the two I see on my phone ("Outline" and "To-Do"), there were two additional options, "Completed" and "Recent".

I am wondering if there is something lacking in my phone installation?

I also realised that to secure the registered features I would eventually need my registration code. I did my upgrade via the Play Store, so don't have a code. The online recovery procedure for registration codes does not send one for my Android phone, does anyone know how to get it?
