can't import views to iPhone

From the desktop, I've exported views as MFV files and then used both Dropbox and e-mail to transfer them to my iPhone. I select Open In... and then Open in MLO2. I see a message, "You are about to import 0 view(s) into your current profile Default." The views do not appear in the list of views.

Anyone have any idea what is going on here? Would it help to see the MFV file?

we cannot reproduce the reported issue locally. Please send your data file, list of actions done, imported view to support att mylifeorganized dot net and we will try to recreate the reported error on the development environment. thank you!

Hi, Alexandra. Thanks for the response. I understand that you need to reproduce the issue. But if I send you my MLO file I am sending you a lot of personal data... Is there any other way?

Can you please create a file for testing purposes with just a couple of fake tasks where the error is reproducible and send it to support?

My views were set up as view groups. Right-click on the view and deselect view group (if selected) then export again.

Thanks for the response. I right clicked on my view, and there was nothing selected to the left of "this is a view group". Just to see what happened, I clicked it, then went back and delselected it, then exported the view. Then I received the same message when trying to import "you are about to import the following 0 views".

Bummer. Can seem to figure this out.
