Is Uservoice still being used to suggest features?

I went to the Uservoice website for MLO and some of the ideas that have been tagged as 'Under Review' (e.g., Calendar View) hasn't been updated since 2013 so is this site still the go to site to suggest features or is it the Google Groups site now? I wasn't sure. I understand that calendar view is coming to MLO 5 for Windows but if so, you wouldn't know it by looking at the UserVoice website.
