Problem with German keyboard in MLO Desktop

Here is a minor problem with MLO Desktop for Windows 4.1.1 and 4.2.0 preview:

When I enter a tilde character "~" in the notes of a task (which is Alt Gr + "+" on a German keyboard), then this is interpreted as (Alt + Ctrl + "+"), i.e. "shift to next week".

With other words, the "Alt Gr" key (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AltGr_key) is wrongly interpreted as "Alt + Ctrl".

Something similar has been reported here already and said to be fixed (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/mylifeorganized/y-mvOj1EKo4/0IAuGaHzLtkJ), but the above issue still exists in the MLO 4.2.0 preview.
