Sync Priority to Outlook

I've got sync working between MLO and Outlook.  Seems to work, except Priority.

 

I have the top two checkboxes checked for Priority Mapping in the Outlook Synchronization section.

Doesn't matter if I change Outlook priority, or if I change MLO Urgency or Importance; as soon as MLO syncs it reverts the Outlook task back to what the priority was before.

And on that note, some tasks sync with Normal priority and some with Low; but I don't see any different between them and a reason why the difference in default priority level.

 

So...anyone know how to sync Priorities?
