Is there a way to stop getting notifications for completed tasks on my phonethat I finished in MLO 5

I'm not sure if there is something I need to change in settings to have the Android app sync every so often because I get notifications in the evening on my phone for tasks that I've completed in MLO 5 during the day. Is there a setting that will have the Android app sync with MLO Cloud without me having to open the app on my phone just to update it?
