Lost My Cloud File

I hope I'm asking this in the right place. It's a long story how this happened but I have lost my cloud file and not sure how to get it back. I use MLO on an Android phone, an iPad Mini, and of course online. Right now I have my data on the iPad and a month old copy on the PC. How can I get one of those back to the cloud? (I do have about 6 months left of cloud service, so that's not the issue.)  Initially, I tried syncing my Android phone with MLO, but instead it deleted everything on the phone. I guess that makes sense since there was nothing to sync it to. So no data on phone and no data in cloud.

If this is not posted in the proper place, please advise. I'm pretty desperate as I rely on MLO tremendously. My heartfelt thanks to any suggestions!

Did you setup your backup settings?

In that case you can open the last backup file in that directory
