I have buy Cloud Sync for several months. Recently I cannot sync my windows MLO client and Andord device. I tried to login Cloud Sync website(

Unknown login or incorrect password. : . . Also I tried to login the Cloud Sync with windows MLO client(4.4.8) with the new password, unexpectedly I synced successfully. But my Android device failed to connect the Cloud Sync with the very same password. Any help? Thanks!
