Drag & Drop from Outlook problem "A program is trying to access email... "

Hello,
when I want to drag & drop email from Outlook 2013 I will get a message "A program i strying to access e-mail address information stored in Outlook. If this is unexpected, click Deny and verify your antivirus software is uptodate."
I can Allow acces for 1, 2, 5 or 10 minutes or Deny.
It is a hasle to do everytime I drop emails from Outlook, is it possible to set up Outlook in such a way, that it is not necessary to give permission for MLO every time?
