subscription renewal hassles

I am a licensed Pro version owner who uses MLO on three platforms, W10, Android and iPhone. I need Cloud Synch to use the program effectively across these platforms. I have used Synch for several years and EVERY TIME I renew my subscription it is a huge hassle. I have to restore synch on each device and that means remembering and re-entering the assigned password with each device. Why not make relicensing simple--one price for Pro for "x" number of installs on any devices? Other software providers do this. And could they please make password reassignment by users a built-in step in the upgrade/purchase/renewal process? P.S. Links to Cloud Synch support on the MLO start page would be helpful.
