Hi Everyone,

How do you mark Agendas, Tasks etc, with People's Names?

I have seen a couple of ways:

Put a Twitter tag in front of the person's name:  ?Henry, #Henry.
But the advanced filter doesn't find them. Nor does ?*? work.
I see that !!Henry works.

The other way is to make Contexts with the person's name: Henry
That works, but that would fill the Context List quite a bit.

The Outline could have the person's name as a parent
Henry
       topic A
            Project "Blue Sky"

But then parts of the project would be spread out among many Outline branches.

It seems to me that the best so far is, put the person's name in the Task title (Caption) with a symbol in front ##Henry.

Question:
How do you mark people's names?

Your thoughts & suggestions?

I went back to searching the forums and found Dwight's way:

I use <name for tasks I am giving someone else and >name for tasks someone is giving me.

I like that symbol and in thinking about it, I might double it to <<Henry and >>Henry so that a search on just < would include the math symbol 3<9. So << would not give that result. Plus, a search on << would result in every name.

<<Henry_Smith
<<Henry_Adams
etc.

l look forward to your suggestions.
