Hello

I am in the habit of using highlight (Control/H) and bold (Control/B) quite a lot on task names.

Is there any way to create an filter to just show those tasks that have been highlighted?
Likewise is there any way to create an filter to just show those tasks that have been bolded?

Thanks

J

P.S.
On reflection:
If there was a better hotkey sequence to fire up Importance (or Urgency), then I guess I could use automatic markup on Importance to create my highlighting and bolding marking ups.
However the only way that I have found to get access to Importance is: Alt/2, Alt/2, Tab, arrow key. Yes, possible, but rather painful!

I have spotted that if you right click on the Importance column, then the options all then do have keyboard short-cuts.
- M for Max
- A for A lot
- O for mOre
- N for Normal
(etc)

Is there any way to open the Importance column's popup other then by using the mouse?

Thanks

J

Short answer, no. A kludge would be to have a flag which applied automatic formatting of highlight/bold and then filter by that flag. You could allocate a keyboard shortcut for the flag to replace Ctrl+h/Ctrl+b.

Cunning. Nice try, however the problem for me is that I'm currently using the flag to denote "Evening" task.

Hmm... Okay I've just worked out I could add a Context using a Hotkey and change format based on that. That would work... however it would make slight mess of my Contexts reports.

What would be better/more straightforward  would be to use fields designed for the purpose such as Importance or Urgency. If only I could get them to work on Hotkeys...
