When I'm in Outline view, how can I add several tasks easily? Right now I click "Add task", write my task and then repeat for every task. Rather, I'd like to be able to press for example Shift+Enter to enter the task and to start entering a new task below as well. I know I can use Rapid task entry, but then I need to move them afterwards or change in the RTE-dialogue which I don't want to do.

So how can I best add multiple tasks at a specific place in the outline?

Hit the Insert key on the keyboard to open the first task. Type the task name then hit Insert again to save the first task and open the second one. After typing the last task name hit Enter

Alternatively hit Insert while pressing the Alt-key to create a subtask of the current selected item. Type the task name and then hit Insert (for creating a sibling task) or again Alt-Insert to create a subtask or hit Enter when this was your last task to enter.

I'll add my two cents here as well.

I don't like using insert as the hot key as it takes me away from my usual key position so I've gone in and changed the hotkey (tools>options>hotkeys) to ctrl + n, a lot more convenient.

It is weird not just being able to press enter and start a new line though, that seems to be standard practice everywhere else in the world
