Please, whether tell there will be a version for Microsoft Windows Phone?

There have been some people requesting it, so it may be possible that it will happen. But there have not been any announcements yet, so it will not happen any time soon. Also, if they were building one right now I would not expect it to be for Windows Phone 8 any more. I would expect Windows Phone 10, don't you agree?

The only thing that would make sense for the developers today, if they
want to support Windows mobile devices and tablets, is to build the next
MLO version for Windows as a so-called "univeral app"
(https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/dn726767.aspx).

The recent work they have done on the Android platform and the new UI
they had to invent to accommodate for the different screen sizes of
tables and phones may help them to create a universal app on Windows in
a similar manner. It will still be a huge effort, and will take time, so
don't hold your breath.
