Sync Problem?

I have been having trouble with my cloud sync for the past few months.  My last successful sync was on 12/28/2016.  It keeps telling me that I've had "Too many invalid login attempts.  Please wait 10-15 min and try again."  Doesn't matter if I initiate the sync from my computer or phone.  The message pasted below also shows up when I try to sync from my computer.  Any thoughts?
