Thanks for taking the time to respond on this pottster. I did look at the link you sent and although the solution wasn't on that page, a link or two from that one helped me so thank you. It was something a person had stated in one of the forums that made me realize I was running a copy of MLO off of my thumb drive and not my PC. I managed to resolve it a couple of minutes ago. I had a copy of MLO on a thumb drive that I had used previously, about a week ago. I opened it up some time last week and synced my tasks to take with me. I kept it open throughout the day and forgot that I was working MLO off of my thumb drive. I got a notice to install an update (the last update) with fixes so I did. When I did, I created a new icon on my desktop having forgotten I was using MLO off the thumb drive. Anyway, I had been using MLO for the past week off my thumb drive and didn't realize it, having accidentally created an icon to the one on my thumb drive and not my PC.
So folks, if you ever have the problem of not being able to pin a program in Windows 7, make sure you're not running it off of another drive. This may be the reason you can't pin it. lol
