Linking outlook appointments to MLO tasks

I am a physical therapist. All of my appointments are scheduled in Outlook. For each appointment I need to write a visit note, and enter billing information. Is there a way to have Outlook synchronize with MLO such that a "complete billing" task, and a "complete documentation" task are automatically generated for each scheduled appointment?

Sorry, but there isn't a way of automating that in MLO, at the moment. I don't know if there's a service such as IFTTT which can do it for you.
