MLO for Windows freezes on startup

MLO has worked well for me for about 6 months, but suddenly this morning I cannot open MLO for Windows in Windows 10. I get a small window but the contents of the window are grayed out and the waiting symbol spins perpetually. Is my data corrupt? Any suggestions how to fix this? Thanks much.

Hi Chris,

I'm running MLO for Windows in Windows 10 and I don't experience any problem.

It doesn't give you a fix for your problem but proves that MLO runs under Windows 10.

A suggestion: export your data file in an xml format delete your data file, recreate a new one and reimport it.

If the problem is due to the structure of the data file, maybe it could fix your problem.

Otherwise, I think that the MLO support team is able to analyse your data file and could tell you if your data are corrupted.

Alex, thanks for the response. I was able to resolve the problem by rolling back BIOS settings in System Restore in Windows 10. It turned out the MLO data was not corrupt, thank goodness. Regards, Chris
