Does Outlook Sync settings in a local .ml file sync to MLO Cloud

Question, if on one Windows machine, I have Outlook Sync enabled, and I also have MLO Cloud sync going.  On the 2nd Windows machine, will I see the Outlook sync settings in it's local .ml file?

I actually hope the answer is no, as I only want the Outlook sync to happen on one client/.ml file.
