MLO needs to sync periodically

Earlier today I created a task to do something with a reminder to go off at 2pm in MLO on my mobile phone. Probably about an hour or two later, when I was using the desktop version, I changed the reminder to go off at 4pm instead of 2pm.

So, I've been sitting here working at my desk for about an hour and a half and the reminder on my phone goes off. It's the 2pm reminder that I had initially set. I looked at MLO on my PC and it says that the reminder will go off at 4pm so why am I getting a reminder 2pm on my phone? Because MLO on my phone doesn't periodically sync. There needs to be a better solution for this.

Please turn on the "Use Push"  option in MLO-mobile. With Push enabled, synchronization is triggered in the background once the data in MLO Cloud gets changed. If you disable PUSH you will save more battery, but you will need to run your app to get the latest updates from Cloud.

After you turn on the "Use Push" button, please make any change in your MLO tasks on your device and perform a manual sync to the cloud. This manual sync will register your device on the Cloud for future PUSH notifications and background synchronization.

I'm not enturely clear on the specifics but under some circumstances low battery seems to disable PUSH

Just turned it on. Mine wasn't turned on but I wasn't aware of that either so hopefully, this resolves this. Thank you Alyona. I appreciate it.

In theory, low battery can disable PUSH, if the application is not included in Battery Optimizations exemption list. Then, with a low battery, the battery optimization behaves more aggressively towards the application (in particular, push notifications may be received with a delay).

That is, for PUSH to work properly, MLO must be exempt from battery optimization and its background processes must not be limited.

This should fix it, Dwight.
