when ever I click on File and and try to open it gives me this error

Ooh, that looks like you've got a corrupted file. I take it you've tried selecting the file and hitting Alt-Enter, to check its properties and make sure it isn't set to "read only"? If you can't even open the file, I'm not sure what you can do to fix it. Have you got any automatic backups?
