Sync issue

Hi all,

I was meant to have one item in particular ticked off yesterday but neglected to do it. Fast forward to today and I have updated that the item was ticked off yesterday on My Life Organised on the Windows 10 laptop version but it wont sync to say that it was ticked off on my Apple I-phone X (it keeps saying that it was ticked off on my mobile today but not yesterday). Can anyone help me with this predicament?
