How Do I Create a New Task by Email?

On the main website, it states that you can "Create new tasks easily by sending an e-mail to your MLO inbox."

I can't figure out how to do this. I've searched within the program, within the help in the program, in the new user guide, and in the forums here and can't find it anywhere. 

Help a new user out?

The "Task by email" feature is based on MLO Cloud. If you are using this sync solution, please refer to this instruction on how to set up the option.
