How do i sort subtasks by tasktitle?

For clarification, are talking about the in the main outline or in a filtered view? In a filtered view you can sort by "Caption". If you are looking at the main outline, then you'll need to choose manual sorting and arrange them.

If you want to sort subtasks of the selected branch(es), right-click the top-level task -> Advanced -> Sort subtasks... It is just a static one-time sorting for the branch.
