Code to renew my MLO Sync account.

I am being prompted to enter my Renew Subscription Code as I try to renew my Sync subscription.  Where is that code ot be found.  I don't see anything labelled as such in my emails from MLO.

The code is sent to the user after the purchase of MLO Cloud subscription on our website. If you paid for the subscription, but did not receive the code, please send an email to sup...@mylifeorganized.net
