Drag issues (Test on Windows 10)

Hi MLO team

I notice that I can't drag MLO's window normaly

E.g I wanna move MLO's whole windows(Or panel) from X500,Y500 to X700,Y700

It's super slow when I move the positon of window

Even the mouse can get out of control

Please,fix this problem.

We need some additional information: monitor resolution, scaling size set in Windows, etc.
