How can I add a sub-view into a view group?

As you can see, I want to add a new view group myself, but I don't know how to add sub-views into(under) this group, I can't find any button to do this action.Does anybody know how to do this?

Here's what you do. Create the new view and do not be concerned about where it is. When you have it created and named, use your mouse to grab the new view, drag it onto the group where you want it, and drop it there. You will see a popup which asks you if you really want to use drag and drop to rearrange the views. Say yes, and you should see the view moved into the group where you want it. If it's in the wrong place just use the mouse to drag it to the correct place and drop it there.
