Shrink the column so that it's the same size as your longest date (like, 23 September 2022). The time will get truncated and not displayed, except if you have a short date (like 1 June 2022) you will see the beginning of the time, you can just ignore it.

Hint: shrink the column size by positioning the pointer/mouse in the row where the column headings are, on the header for the Completed column, at the rightward edge of the column. The pointer will change to a "change width" icon, like a plus sign with arrowheads on the left and right. click and drag to the left.

In the MLO Desktop, it is not currently possible to include a column for an individual view that shows only the Completed Date without also including the time.  Adding the Completed column shows both the date and time, which is a bit cluttered and requires too much column width.  The completed time is not terribly meaningful for me because I may not always check off a task immediately after I complete it on a given day.  In the past, I have not made too much use of my archived tasks in MLO, but I’m trying to structure the organization of my archives now so that they will be easier to refer to as a record of completed tasks.

I stopped using MLO for awhile and experimented with paper bullet journals because I wanted to have a good record of what I have accomplished in the past, not just a constantly changing record of my current ToDo list and project plans.  But paper has obvious disadvantages.  I’m hoping that I can more effectively adapt MLO going forward so that I can have the best of both worlds.  If anyone has suggestions for how to do this, I would gratefully receive them.
