I've dabbled with MLO here and there over the years but it's only been in the last little while I gave it a single project to manage just to get my feet wet and wrap my head around this program.

In the meantime, I started using OmniFocus account using my wife's Mac and I figured I'd use the Omnifocus web app to manage my stuff. Honestly, OF doesn't come close to the ease of use of MLO.  Honestly, there's a part of me that kinda likes the old school simplicity of the UI.   I've tried Clickup many, many times but it is stupidly visually overwhelming and I feel heavy resistance to using it.  Like many folks here I've tried many, many task management apps and MLO blows them all away.  Todoist is my goto productivity app and sometimes it pains me to have to use it when I compare it to MLO.  I guess i'm turning into an MLO fanboy

When people talked about how MLO is so much more powerful than ANYTHING else on the market I honestly took that with a grain of salt.  However, now that I understand how to use MLO I'm truly blown away.

The only thing that gives me pause is why this program is not on any radars in the task management space.  I guess I'm going to have to come to terms with not using the latest and greatest wizbang app that everyone is rant and raving about but know that I'm using the most powerful.

Same for me.
However, I now have realised that I don't need this power for my daily tasks :)
I've bought MLO for my work (systems development) and it was great! However, for my daily errands and tasks, Todoist or Marvin is perfectly fine. And they are much more visually attractive and offer more modern features (like showing a context list while entering a task).
