Hi,

I am experimenting with MLO and the Outlook synchronize function. I
have a lot of tasks in MLO, but I only want to synchronize the tasks
in a specific context in MLO (in my case the context "To do"

I cannot seem to find this specific option.

Is this possible with MLO.

If you create a View in the To-Do tab of the main screen with what you want synchronized you can set MLO to use this view as it's list.  You can even hide the view in the Manage Views dialog.  I find it helpful to name my view something with Outlook in it so I don't forget and change it by mistake.

I tried to sync by Context and I was not able to. Perhaps I am missing something.

I have a view created for the Context. But when I setup the Sync profile it's not letting me select my created view.

I am considering buying a second license at my office, and only sync by context for to a second user by ftp.

I was able to create an internal ftp account on my network, and got that tested.

Any insight is appreciated.

Best regards,

Marc
