Android Issue

Hi

My MLO app used to work great. But is now not working on my new phone - samsung galaxy s7 . I'm attaching the screenshot of the message I get. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times with no change. It seems like when I "buy it again" from google play the download is very quick as if the original app is still in my phone.  A potential solution is that I would love to actually delete if from my phone if it still is there even though it has been uninstalled. I don;'t know how to do that . But that is just an idea, I don't know if it is actually true. I'm open  to any solutions.

Hello Jon,

It looks like the problem may not be the software, but your MLO data file.  You should probably try setting up a new profile, as it suggests, and then synching your MLO file from your PC onto this new phone.  I hope that doesn't mean that you've lost any edits already don't on that phone...
