Now that I've got my previous backup restored on my Windows laptop, I'm trying to sync it over to my tablet (Samsung S4, android). I've even set Windows MLO to only push to remote cloud and android to only pull from cloud, but Android will NOT update to match Windows.

The only things android pulls are completed tasks.

The best option is to sync your tasks from desktop to a new profile on Android. You can create a new profile here: open menu->Scroll to bottom->Tap the current profile->Tap "new profile"-> enter its name. Then connect it to the required Cloud file: menu->settings-> synchronization-> MLO Cloud ... and run a sync.

This should help.

Sorry I can't see the picture you sent. Here's my advice

1. Go into cloud sync setup on Windows and create a new empty cloud file

2. Set your good windows database to sync with the new cloud file. Do a complete bilateral sync.

3. Create a new empty database on Android.

4. Do not create or check anything on the new Android database. While it is still empty, do a full bilateral sync with the new cloud file.

5. Check how many inboxes are in your Android database. If there are two, repeat steps 3 and 4 and be more careful about not touching your Android database until after the first sync

6 check both windows and Android to verify that automatic full bilateral cloud sync is enabled and running.
