No reminders in Android Oreo 9

Hi,

I don't receive any reminders on my Android since my update to Oreo 9 a few weeks ago.

I just created another test reminder (using the widget (Add Task with Reminder)), with a reminder time of +5 minutes, after which I closed MLO.
5 minutes later, no reminder.
When I open MLO (on Android), I will receive my reminder (and all other reminders I inserted before).

I have a Huawei phone.

What's happening?

I have seen this on my Android as well, but I have noticed 2 things that influence the behaviors.

1. If I restart my phone I will get all pending reminders (eventually).

2. If I have previously dismissed reminder (swipe away and not complete) it will suppress new reminders from being shown.
