Currently, right-click on "Time" column doesn't provide time setting (there is standard menu instead). The requested feature is to make subdivided on two groups (Start time and Due time) context menu chosen time (from - to, and time increment are customized in application settings). Rough screenshot is depicted below:

В любых списках, правая кнопка на столбец "Time" - сейчас не предлагает установок (стандартное меню). Вместо этого сделать: разделенное на 2 группы: Start (time), и Due (time), меню, далее контекстный выбор времени "c - по" и с дискретностью, определяемыми в настройках (например, с 6.00 по 22.00 и дискретность 5 мин или 15 мин).
