Certificate handling using cloudsync

I'm using my laptop at work and at home with MLO 3.5.5 (final version)
installed.

At work I'm behind a proxy server so I have the proxy setting filled
out in the sync profile.

When I take my laptop home I'm not using a proxy server but have a
wireless DSL connection. I'm trying to sync in this situation and have
2 options:

1. Remove the proxy server from the existing cloud sync profile
2. Create a new profile ("Cloud sync home")

In both situations when in the "MLO cloud connection" dialog and
entering my username and password for cloudsync MLO tries to connect
to the cloud server and comes back with the message:

"Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is
not available. Do you want to proceed?".

Whatever I do, choose "yes" or "no" MLO will not connect. MLO
application could not connect to clound sync server.

There is probably some issue with the certificate recognizing that I'm
not in the same location - Is there any way to solve this (besides
using unsecure connection)?

Below is the log file for cloud sync attempt:

Hi Manfred,
1) If you connect to our Cloud Portal using browser (when at home) do
you see this warning?:
https://sync.mylifeorganized.net
What about other https sites?
2) My guess is that the problem is with configuration of your
computer
Here is an example:
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090612134316AAKpghO
Here is another example when wrong date on your computer may be the
reason of the error:
http://forums.cnet.com/5208-6121_102-0.html?threadID=257927
You may want Google it.

There is undocumented option in mlo to not check the validity of the
certificate. It was using for debugging. But I would not recommend
using it in real life for obvious reasons.

Thanks,
Andrey.

After some reading and a few nights of testing and taking the laptop
back and forth from office to home I've figured it out.

When I go to internet options - "Content" tab - Clear SSL state and
then sync MLO it works fine.

I have a similar problem to Manfred.

A problem recently started when syncing MLO from my PC at work. I receive a security alert which says Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?

I added the certificate.

When I do click on the certificate, it says that it is issued to sync.mylifeorganized.net and issued by go daddy secure certificate authority – G2. It is valid from 3/14/2016 to 4/28/2017.

This is around the time that I started having problems.
This has never been a problem before. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Steve

Necromancy for a reason: I had this issue today, August 2017, and found a fix, which I hope will help someone else.

Re-starting MLO didn't fix it; nor did rebooting my computer; nor did re-booting my router.
What DID FIX IT, was installing the latest security updates on my Windows 8.1 computer.
